The City of West Torrens’ Hamra Centre Library – based in Hilton where Wally Shiers spent his youth and final years – was one of many across the state to help us share the epic flight story. Thanks to Lynette Bacchus and the library team, visitors were able to make their own cardboard Vimy model, dress like Ross Smith and gain a fabulous insight into the first flight across the world.
